What do we expect of you?

You will be responsible for the generation of effective learning solutions. As the subject matter expert, you’ll design trainings and communications while providing support to learners and members of the management team. You will be a key contributor to the design phase of training and propose recommendations that support the overall training strategy.



  • BS/BA required or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Thorough knowledge of Cornerstone or comparable LMS, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Cisco, Webex, Bluejeans and Camtasia, preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
