Do you enjoy working with your internal customers? Would you like to help and support employees at all levels of the firm? Use your expertise in Human Resources (HR) to foster trusting relationships with employees and play a key role in building a strong culture and productive workplace environment. As a HR Employee Relations Specialist at Fisher Investments, you will be a go-to person when employees need a trusted resource to handle sensitive information.


What you will be responsible for:

You will coordinate between employees, Human Resources and the Legal & Compliance on a wide range of employee matters, build and lead HR trainings, oversee the employee exit process, and welcome new employees during their HR orientation.  Being part of a bigger team, you will also work on department-wide improvement initiatives, workplace safety, and other ad hoc requests such as sponsorship renewals, onsite emergencies, and employee appreciation.


How you will grow:

Your success is determined by how well you collaborate, work with internal clients, establish trusted relationships, and develop the ability to handle Employee Relations projects independently. You will be the subject matter expert in Employee Relations for our Texas office after receiving in-depth mentorship.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills  and presentation abilities
  • 2-5+ years experience in HR, specifically with complaint and grievance investigation and resolution, and anti-harassment/anti-discrimination
  • PHR certification preferred
  • SHRM-CP preferred
