The Opportunity:
As a GCM Custodian Analyst, you will be the primary business contact and communication channel for assigned custodians and internal teams within your region, delivering daily operational support and maintaining high service standards. You will partner closely with management to hold custodians accountable to key performance metrics, while ensuring internal stakeholders needs are met. You will contribute to service enhancements and own projects that improve operational efficiency and the client experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to critical initiatives and influence improvements that directly impact client service and operational excellence. You will report to a GCM Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned custodians and internal stakeholders, resolving complex requests and questions in an accurate and timely manner
- Be the subject matter expert on custodian operations and client needs
- Monitor custodian performance, track trends, concerns, requests, and highlight patterns that may signal risk, opportunity, or client dissatisfaction
- Lead calls with custodian managers to deliver feedback and ensure accountability to key performance metrics
- Identify and implement service enhancements to improve operational efficiency and client experience
- Support other GCM project and regional teams as needed
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of relationship management experience, preferably B2B in financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demanding flexibility and creativity
- Comfortable identifying complex operational challenges and coordinating between internal and external partners to resolve them
- Prefer Microsoft Excel and JIRA experience
Compensation:
- $80,200 - $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
