The Opportunity:
The Senior Creative Strategist is an in-office role responsible for providing creative direction and strategic design oversight across all content mediums produced by Corporate Communications. These include multimedia (video, podcasts, graphic design), print materials (brochures, bin pieces), and digital content (social media, corporate websites). This individual will collaborate with the Multimedia Design Team—comprising graphic designers, motion graphic artists, and video producers—as well as key stakeholders such as executives, Global Private Client, Private Client Group Marketing, Institutional organizations, and external design agencies. The Senior Creative Strategist will conceptualize and produce innovative materials that align with the firm’s brand, inspire action, and drive measurable results. Reporting to the Multimedia Design Team Leader, this role requires expertise in design, brand management, and storytelling to deliver high-quality, impactful content that supports the firm’s business objectives.
The Day-to-Day:
- Create digital, motion graphic, and print materials for use in brochures, articles, social media posts, videos, corporate websites, and more, targeting both U.S. and international markets
- Balance creative ideation and concept development with production work to meet department needs
- Partner with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and external illustrators or agencies to develop new creative assets
- Generate innovative ideas for testing, with the goal of improving performance metrics
- Adhere to style guides, brand standards, and internal marketing best practices
- Maintain and update style guides, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and marketing partners
- Present creative ideas to business stakeholders and department leadership
- Work with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines
- Use industry-leading design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) to execute design work and harness generative AI tools to accelerate the creative process
- Operate within a cloud-based project management system to field and fulfill requests
- Perform duties onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of graphic design experience in a business, corporate, or agency setting
- Experience across digital, print, and multimedia design formats
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and creative strategy
- Ability to translate business requirements and briefs into creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong time management and workload prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a corporate office environment Monday through Friday
