The Opportunity:

 

The Global Custody Management team establishes and maintains our business-to-business custody relationships across the world. This team helps ensure our clients and Fisher Investments have the best possible services and solutions the custodians can provide. As the Global Custody Management Analyst, you will have a hand in leading and supporting projects and initiatives in this group. You will be the primary business contact and communication channel to the custodian while working to align and prioritize project tasks to ensure successful implementation. This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible role where you will get to lead and support a variety of projects. You will report to a Custody Management manager, who will provide support and development opportunities.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for Fisher and your assigned custodians
  • Lead relationship management calls with custodian managers
  • Proactively manage custodian relationships to ensure they provide exceptional service to Fisher and our clients
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better operational efficiency
  • Monitor custodian performance through both qualitative and quantitative measures

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a project management capacity or working on large scale projects in the financial services space
  • Experience managing B2B relationships
  • You enjoy defining problems and creating solutions
  • Excel at managing complexity, independently prioritizing, and navigating ambiguity
  • You excel at communication and collaboration
