The Opportunity:
The HR Technology Business Analyst is an essential position where you will support our core HR activities through effective assessment and project management application. You will support our HR technology roadmap for change, process improvement and efficiencies for all prioritized projects. As we look to grow our business, you will help scale our current systems and processes to support the business and work with our internal stakeholder network. You will report directly to the HR Technology Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- You will use your project management skills to manage all phases of individual projects to ensure completion by their deadlines
- You will assess an incoming projects' requirements from a business and systems standpoint and provide recommendations for improvement
- You will coordinate reporting for daily operations and projects to support management
- You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, problems and propose solutions
- You will support the HR Technology team in reviewing and testing new product features of existing technology to ensure quality assurance standards
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of applicable Business Analyst experience
- Experience employing project management skills in a technology-focused environment
- Experience working across collaborative groups to complete complex projects
- Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education/experience
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
