The Opportunity:
Fisher Investments is looking for an individual who is passionate about compensation and the impact it makes on a workforce. As a Compensation Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership in the design and delivery of compensation programs. As you create these programs, you will use your skills to define the scope, timeline and deliverables. You will coordinate your efforts with others and provide strategic consultation with business leaders and stakeholders. You will also evaluate these programs and provide recommendations for program improvement. You will report directly to the VP of Compensation for growth and development.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic compensation projects and initiatives, partnering with the Compensation Operations Team Leader, members of the Compensation Team and other departments / key stakeholders as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) related to compensation and provide advanced consultation with Human Capital and Business Leaders to ensure high quality outcomes and experience – meeting the business needs.
- You will develop services, tools, communication and training resources resources using best practices in support of compensation programs and key initiatives
- You will lead and facilitate base and variable pay planning cycles conducted during the year coordinating your efforts with other team members to maximize efficiency
- Maximize strategic compensation processes using Workday or other tools, supporting the sustainability and scalability of compensation at Fisher
- Lead process and service improvement initiatives to ensure successful delivery and a positive user experience for managers and employees
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of compensation experience
- Developed skills managing base and variable pay compensation programs
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and advising management on compensation strategy and processes
- Experience with coaching and mentoring team members
- Experience with international compensation preferred
