Senior Salesforce Administrator
Job Description:
Senior Salesforce Administrator positions offered by Fisher Asset Management, LLC (Plano, TX). Administer salesforce initiatives from beginning to end, ensuring implemented solutions effectively meet business needs and are in alignment with the long-term direction of the business. Analyze business and data processing problems to develop and implement solutions for complex system administration issues. Administer Salesforce instances including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. Perform systems management and integration functions for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management. Administer all Salesforce related technical artifacts and migration of data into Salesforce. Analyze and evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements, developing and implementing solutions to systems administration issues that arise. Serve as project lead and make decisions regarding technical direction and present options to clients while managing client expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years in the position offered or 7 years of experience administrating Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud. Also requires 7 years of experience: contributing to system roadmap, setting direction in the Salesforce platform; using process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and report and dashboard building; investigating and resolving package deployment challenges and developing solutions; developing automations to streamline deployments; and managing Salesforce environments including sandbox refresh, metadata migration, user creation, and syncing. Also requires 6 years of experience utilizing Enterprise CRM applications and integrations with 3rd party applications. Also requires 2 years of experience utilizing DevOps tool Copado and version control, including GIT or Bitbucket. Copado Fundamentals I MP certification required. Position reports to Plano, TX office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
