Overview

The Opportunity:

 

We are looking for an experienced CMS Technology Lead with expertise in the SiteCore stack to join our dynamic Digital and Marketing Technology team. You will have extensive experience transitioning from traditional to headless CMS architectures, driving digital transformation programs, and delivering exceptional user experiences. As a CMS Technology Lead, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CMS platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems. You will report to the Digital Engineering Manager.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SiteCoreXM-based CMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Guide the transition from traditional CMS to headless CMS architecture, applying modern technologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences
  • Develop and enforce CMS-related standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all digital properties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, latest technologies, and SiteCore advancements to continuously improve our CMS capabilities
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CMS performance, security, and integration
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, SEO, and data privacy regulations and standards

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CMS Technology Lead or similar role, specializing in the SiteCore stack
  • Strong expertise in transitioning from traditional CMS to headless CMS architecture
  • Proficiency in SiteCore development, including SiteCore Experience Platform (XP), SiteCore Content Hub, and SiteCore JSS
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Experience with backend development using .NET, C#, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Certification in SiteCore is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Compensation:

  • $140,000 - $170,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
