We are looking for a Digital Engineering Team Lead (Manager) to support our Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services team. The Opportunity:

 

As the Digital Engineering Team Lead, you will report to the Vice President of Technology Services Marketing and Corporate Communications to oversee the development and delivery of our cutting-edge Client Portal. You will manage a high-performing engineering team, driving the implementation of scalable and secure solutions that support our mission to provide personalized financial education and client engagement.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a team of engineers in developing Fisher Investments' omnichannel platforms, including client portals, corporate websites, and OTT solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams to align technology solutions with our goals
  • Guide the implementation of platform components such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM, and Azure Blob Storage
  • Ensure the platform achieves scalability for 100K+ concurrent users while delivering a high-quality user experience
  • Oversee the integration of Akamai CDN, Media Hub like Kaltura/Vimeo, and recommendation engines powered by Salesforce Personalization
  • Champion Agile development practices and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, GLPA) and internal security protocols
  • Train team members through mentorship, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM, and cloud storage solutions
  • Experience with CDN technologies (Akamai) and video platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with scalable architecture, secure authentication, and role-based access systems (Okta, Auth0)
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred

Compensation:

  • $145,000-$200,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
