Overview

The Opportunity:

 

The Corporate Initiatives Analyst helps Program Lead with various program work streams and processes for large scale initiatives including assisting in expanding our global footprint through the Corporate Office Launch Program. This role works closely with Corporate Initiatives management and teams, Facilities, Fulfillment, IT and the Business to ensure the project requirements are defined and deliverables are completed on time and consistent with Fisher standards. They will communicate and collaborate with all levels of the business and support functions to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversees assigned complex tasks to completion

  • Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions to management

  • Assists in developing and implementing proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the department

  • Completes various projects in collaboration with management

  • Responsible for mentoring associates and new analysts on the team

  • Assists Program Lead with the program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently  meeting the business requirements

  • Works with business partners to collect requirements and uses the requirements to help program lead define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Assesses project progress and escalates issues regarding scope, timelines, resources and costs for management or Program Lead review

  • Maintains program documentation including timelines, runbooks and other project documentation  

  • Coordinates all internal departments related to the program which may include IT, Facilities, Fulfillment and Business Users

  • Identifies and manages program dependencies and critical path

  • Under the direction of management develops best practices and tools for program execution and management

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • At least 1 year of Fisher Investments or relevant experience

  • Proven track record of success in previous role(s)
