The Opportunity:

 

As a Process Mapping Analyst you would work with our Portfolio Management Group to create and manage process maps on several initiatives. In service of this goal, you will work with cross-functional teams, investigating areas of concern and proposing potential solutions. In addition to creating effective relationships with stakeholders, you will also seek to find consensus amongst the teams. You will document key processes as you manage deliverable and deadlines. You will report directly to the Data and Process Team Leader for support and development.


The Day-to-Day:

  • You will create and manage process maps using Visio

  • You will work with our teams to understand business processes and identify potential constraints

  • You will research, analyze and recommend solutions

  • You will effectively manage your deliverables, competing priorities and deadlines

  • You will create professional process documentation

Your Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience with process mapping or similar roles

  • Professional experience researching business processes

  • Professional experience working with internal, cross-department teams

  • Professional experience using Visio
